Terms of Use

1. Parties
These Terms of Use govern the use of the content and services at www.tugceatalay.com (the “Site”) and are agreed between the owner of the Site, Tuğçe Atalay (the “Site Owner”), and any natural or legal person who uses the Site (the “User”).

2. Acceptance and Effect
By accessing the Site, the User is deemed to have accepted all of these terms. The Site Owner may change these terms at any time; the updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the Site.

All written, visual and audio materials on the Site are protected under Turkish copyright law and related legislation and belong to the Site Owner. Copying, publishing, distributing or using them for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Site Owner is not responsible for the content of those sites; their terms of use and privacy policies are set by the respective third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability
The information and services on the Site are provided “as is.” The Site Owner makes no commitment regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content on the Site, and the User uses the Site at their own risk. These terms take effect on the date of publication. The courts and enforcement offices of the Istanbul Anatolian (Anadolu) Courthouse have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise between the parties.
