PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE UNDER THE KVKK (TURKISH PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW)

1. Data Controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by Tuğçe Atalay, as data controller, within the framework described below.

2. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed within the scope of the data processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the following purposes:

  • evaluating your consultation and contact requests,
  • enabling you to use the website’s services,
  • sharing information and managing appointments by email,
  • improving the quality of services,
  • meeting legal obligations.

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • IP address and browser data
  • Date and duration of visit
  • Content of communications

Your personal data is collected by automated or manual means through:

  • cookies and similar technologies.

5. Transfer of Personal Data
Where necessary, your personal data may be shared with legally authorized public institutions and organizations, as well as with:

  • advisors such as lawyers and accountants, in line with legal obligations,
  • always only to the extent required.

6. Retention Period
Personal data is kept for the period set out in the relevant legislation or for as long as the purpose of processing requires. When that period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as the data subject you have the right to:

  • find out whether your personal data is processed,
  • request information if it has been processed,
  • find out whether it is processed in line with its purpose,
  • know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred,
  • request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • request deletion or destruction once the purpose of processing no longer applies,
  • object to an outcome to your detriment resulting from analysis by automated systems,
  • claim compensation if you suffer damage.

8. How to Submit a Request
To exercise your rights under the KVKK, you can send your request:

  • by email to info@tugceatalay.com,
  • or by post, as a petition bearing your handwritten signature and stating your full identification details and your request, to Bağdat Cad. No:193/13 Aziz Kaya İş Merkezi Kadıköy/İstanbul.
