INFORMATION NOTICE UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK)

1. Data Controller
Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by Tuğçe Atalay, as the data controller, within the framework described below.

2. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is collected and processed

  • to review your consultation and contact requests,
  • to enable you to use the website’s services,
  • to provide information and manage appointments by email,
  • to improve the quality of our services,
  • and to fulfill legal obligations, within the scope of the conditions for processing personal data set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • IP address and browser data
  • Date and duration of visit
  • Content of communications

4. Methods of Collection
Your personal data is collected by automated or manual means through

  • contact forms on the website,
  • email correspondence,
  • and cookies and similar technologies.

5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, only where necessary, with legally authorized public authorities and institutions and with

  • service providers (technical support companies such as web hosting and email providers),
  • advisors such as lawyers and financial advisors in line with legal obligations,
  • and only to a limited extent.

6. Retention Period
Personal data is kept for the period set out in the relevant legislation or for as long as the purpose of processing requires. When this period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as the data subject you have the right to:

  • find out whether your personal data is being processed,
  • request information if it has been processed,
  • find out whether it is processed in line with its purpose,
  • know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred,
  • request correction if it is incomplete or has been processed inaccurately,
  • request its deletion or destruction once the purpose of processing no longer applies,
  • object to an outcome to your detriment resulting from analysis by automated systems,
  • and claim compensation if you suffer damage.

8. How to Apply
To exercise your rights under the KVKK, you can send your request

  • by email to info@tugceatalay.com,
  • or by post, as a petition bearing your handwritten signature and containing your full identification details and your request, to Bağdat Cad. No:193/13 Aziz Kaya İş Merkezi Kadıköy/İstanbul.
